We present you this Home Staging project, specifically designed for a spectacular new duplex penthouse located in the exclusive neighborhood of Nueva Espa\u00f1a. This space stands out for its modern lines and luminosity, thanks to the large terraces that surround it, offering stunning views and a unique connection with the outside.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

The main objective of our intervention was to optimize the visual distribution of the bedrooms, ensuring each space functionality and warmth. To achieve this, we used a neutral color palette and minimalist decorative elements that enhance the feeling of spaciousness and harmony in each room.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

In addition, we faced the challenge of masking the main entrance, which was quite small. To do so, we implemented creative solutions that guided the eye into the interior of the home, creating a more fluid transition between the exterior and the cozy atmosphere of the penthouse.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
